Professional apartment security for Knoxville-area properties. GPS-verified patrols, armed and unarmed officers, body cameras, and detailed reporting — the standard your residents deserve.
Knoxville's rental market is growing fast — and so are the security challenges that come with it. Property managers and owners across the Knoxville metro need more than cameras and policies. They need professional, accountable security that actually shows up, documents what happens, and deters crime before it escalates. TriStar Protective Services delivers exactly that.
From North Knoxville to South Knoxville, Bearden to Fountain City, apartment communities face recurring issues: vehicle break-ins in parking lots, trespassers using amenity spaces, noise violations that escalate, and drug activity that goes undocumented. Courtesy officers — while well-intentioned — are not trained security professionals and have no reporting standards. TriStar officers are.
Our Knoxville apartment security services include uniformed on-site officers, mobile patrol coverage, and after-hours monitoring of parking lots, gates, and amenity areas. Every officer carries a body camera. Every patrol is GPS-logged. Every incident produces a written report. We hold ourselves to the same documentation standards as law enforcement — because that's where we came from.
Depending on your community's profile and risk level, we can provide armed or unarmed security officers. Our armed guards include off-duty and retired law enforcement personnel. Both options are professionally trained, licensed in Tennessee, background-checked, and uniformed to project credibility and authority.
For properties that don't need a full-time guard, our mobile patrol option provides multiple drive-through patrols per night at a fraction of the cost. Our marked vehicles create visible deterrence throughout parking areas, driveways, and perimeters — and residents love knowing a professional is checking in regularly.
